학적부기재사항정정
학적부에 기재된 학부생의 성명, 생년월일 등 인적사항이 오기, 누락 또는 입학 당시와 달리 법령에 따라 변경되었다면,
학적사항 정정 신청서와 정정사항을 입증할 수 있는 서류를 학사운영팀으로 제출하여 정정하시기 바랍니다.

2. 신청 방법
가. 학사운영팀 방문 (학생회관 101호)
근무시간 : (학기) 08:30 ~ 17:30 / (방학) 10:00 ~ 17:00 [점심시간 12:00 ~ 13:00]
나. 등기우편 제출

3. 유의사항
가. 학적부 기재사항을 정정하지 않을 경우 본인에게 여러 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다. 변경이 발생하는 즉시 정정하시기 바랍니다.
나. 학적부의 사진은 교체할 수 없습니다.
다. 영문 성명, 거주지 주소, 연락처, Email 주소 등은 HY-in > MY홈 > 신상정보 정정에서 직접 수정하시기 바랍니다.
라. 주민등록지 주소의 변경은 학사운영팀에서 정정 가능합니다.
마. 학교 발송 우편물은 HY-in에 등록된 거주지 주소로 발송됩니다.

2. Notes
a. You must apply for record correction as soon as any changes occur to avoid disadvantages during enrollment.
b. Changes in the English or Chinese spelling of your name, address, and phone number, and email address must be personally updated by the student via the HY-in portal: [Log in to HY-in > My Home > Settings > Personal Information Update > Click “Edit“ to update your personal information.]
c. The photo on your "Student Record (학적부)" cannot be changed.
d. Changes to the resident registration address (주민등록지) of both the student and guardian must be updated through the Academic Affairs Team (학사운영팀).
